Licensees are expressly prohibited from utilizing the $NEBULA name in a manner that may cause confusion, error, or deceit regarding the source or origin of licensed merchandise.

Indemnification

Indemnify and hold $NEBULA and its affiliates, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers, and partners harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage (actual and consequential), suit, judgment, litigation cost, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) the design, manufacture, sale, or other distribution or disposal of any licensed merchandise.

Reservation of Rights

$NEBULA maintains the right to change these Terms at any moment. $NEBULA can freely transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, without your permission. $NEBULA’s failure to execute or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of those rights or provisions. Except as expressly specified herein, these Terms are for the sole benefit of the parties and are not intended to confer any third-party beneficiary rights on any other person or entity. Nothing in these Terms shall prohibit $NEBULA from granting any licenses on any $NEBULA and $NEBULA CNFTs intellectual property, including but not limited to any of the $NEBULA and $NEBULA CNFTs, to any third parties under separate terms and conditions.
